I charge
200.00 to build the Site no matter what type of Site it is
Here is how it works...
below you will notice some numbers click on one of those
numbers to chose what type of design you like I can change the
colors and the text and photos according to what you like.
we will work together to
create your web site for you, At times it can take a
while to get one each page just the way you would like it to
be but I will get it that way for you.
that is just how it goes I
will keep redesigning and adding until you let me know on each
page that is how you like it..
once you let me know that
you like each page that was designed then My Job is done and
you agree that once you like each web page design then My Job
in hiring me is done:
I say this because
there have been problems in the past where someone hired me
and then once site was done expected me to keep the site up
for him are her, there is a difference in hiring me to
build you a site, then hiring me to be your technician once
site is build.
If however once site is
build and you wish to retain my services for each month then
the month you wish to retain my services must be paid on the
1st of each month for that coming month in which you wish to
retain my services as your technician
For any web site except for
a chat room site I charge 30.00 a month to retain my services,
that means if you need to add something to your site then I
will do it in the month in which you hired me to retain my
services... If you wish to continually hire me as your
technician then just send me each month that price to be your
tech for each month
If you wish to hire me as
your tech for a Chat room Site then Just let me know in a
email and I will tell you what I charge for that.
So again once you agree that
you like each web page then My Job is completed unless you
hire me as your technician.
Now please take a look at
the designs I have created below to chose the design you would
like to have for your site then we will go from there,
in how you would like each page set up in colors, photos,
text.. etc..
